After suffering from back-to-back strep throat infections, chronic throat issues, and sleep apnea, Matt Edwards decided something needed to be done. He made an appointment with Ear, Nose and Throat specialist, Dr. David Opperman. They discussed the various treatment options and decided that doing a bi-lateral tonsillectomy and uvulopalatopharyngoplasty using the Medrobotics Flex Robotic System would be the best choice.

In this candid video, Matt talks about the surgery, his recovery, and the wonderful care he received at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center.
