Some of the approaches we use include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention, mindfulness-based techniques and trauma-informed interventions. Using a diverse suite of therapies means we can provide a larger range of services to meet all your needs.
