To improve your patient experience, it is important that we provide prompt responses to your concerns.
- We encourage our patients to contact staff who are caring for you or call the hospital operator by pressing “0” and asking for the Director of the department providing your care or our Patient Advocate.
- Our Patient Advocate is available by calling (720) 225-1285 between 7:30am and 4pm Monday through Friday. A Nursing Supervisor may be contacted after hours or on weekends by pressing “0” for the operator from your room.
- Patients may also contact the Health Facilities Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment directly regardless of whether you first used our complaint and grievance process.
