Medical Library at Swedish Medical Center
The Medical Library is located on the first floor of the main hospital entrance at 501 E. Hampden Ave. We are down the hall past the main tower elevators near the Physicians' Lounge and across from Medical Records (HIM). The library is open from 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Accessing the library is possible outside of the regular business hours via the magnetic card entry (accessed with your physician ID/access badge), or Security can let you into the library. The library is open to anyone on staff at Swedish Medical Center, Craig Hospital, or the Colorado Neurological Institute. We have 110 print journals and access to several hundred electronic journals through a variety of vendors. The library has six computers, two with Meditech access, two with electronic journal access, one wireless, one Qwest dsl dial-up system, with a combination of internet and intranet access. WiFi is also available in the library via the Swedish Wireless Network.
