For patients and visitors at Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital

Read more to learn about the services and guidelines we have for patients and visitors at our hospital.

Patient guidelines

A successful hospital visit includes being informed about policies and procedures outside of your direct care. Having this information ahead of time can minimize stressors and help you focus on getting back to feeling your best.

Bill pay

For your benefit, we have made bill paying simpler by offering online payment options.

Press and media relations guidelines

We understand the importance of privacy when it comes to sharing status updates on conditions. In order to best serve you and our staff, we have established a series of guidelines for arranging interviews, videotape sessions or photo opportunities, updating the public with condition reports.

The BEE Award

We truly value our staff, and hope you do as well. If one of our staff made your time with us particularly special, you can nominate them for a BEE Award. These awards can go to any staff member you may have encountered — nursing assistants, transportation aides, housekeepers, therapists, unit assistants, lab technicians and others.

Visitation guidelines

As a patient, you may have an unlimited number of visitors per day, with no more than two visitors at a time. Additional unit-based exceptions or restrictions may apply. For your continued health and safety, as well as the safety of our staff, physicians and staff reserve the right to limit visitors in certain situations. Children of any age are permitted, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Visiting hours are from 6:00am to 8:00pm.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation in our safety measures. If you need to contact us to speak about patient or visitor guidelines, please call us.
