Participating insurance plans
We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.
Advance care planning
Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to give directions for your future medical care. Advance directives help you protect your right to request or refuse care.
Patient rights and responsibilities
We respect the dignity and pride of each individual we serve. We want our patients to be informed of their rights, responsibilities, and have access to contacts for complaints and grievances.
Talk directly to a nurse, any time
Consult-A-Nurse® is a free service that provides you with physician referrals and health information 24/7. Our RNs and referral specialists can help you find a doctor, answer your healthcare questions and register for classes and events.
Press and media relations guidelines
We understand the importance of privacy when it comes to sharing status updates on conditions. In order to best serve you and our staff, we have established a series of guidelines for arranging interviews, videotape sessions or photo opportunities, updating the public with condition reports.
The BEE Award
We truly value our staff, and hope you do as well. If one of our staff made your time with us particularly special, you can nominate them for a BEE Award. These awards can go to any staff member you may have encountered — nursing assistants, transportation aides, housekeepers, therapists, unit assistants, lab technicians and others.
Visitation guidelines
As a patient, you may have an unlimited number of visitors per day, with no more than two visitors at a time. Additional unit-based exceptions or restrictions may apply. For your continued health and safety, as well as the safety of our staff, physicians and staff reserve the right to limit visitors in certain situations. Children of any age are permitted, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Visiting hours are from 6:00am to 8:00pm.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in our safety measures. If you need to contact us to speak about patient or visitor guidelines, please call us.
