Benefits and Healthy Work Environment
Healthstream
Healthstream is your HCA online education resource. All classes attended through Rose Medical Center's HealthCare-sponsored programs are tracked through HealthStream and available for review at any time. In addition, HealthStream offers a variety of continuing education courses that may be of interest.
Electronic Pay Stub (e-Stub)
Keep track of your wages and PTO from this helpful website. You can get information 24/7 and paystubs are posted on the Thursday before payday.
Facility Scheduler
The "Facility Scheduler" can be used by employees to access their schedules from home or wherever a computer is available. In order to access the scheduler, your computer must use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher. To determine your IE version, open your internet browser, click on Help and then select About Internet Explorer.
False Claims Act Policy
HCA has revised all state False Claims Act policies in states in which it conducts business to comply with certain requirements set forth in the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 with regard to federal state false claims laws. The policies were revised to bring them up to date with regard to their respective state laws. In all of the policies, the civil penalties range were revised and the policies were updated to provide greater detail. Please review the attached policy or click on the link to review the important changes to the Colorado version of the False Claims Act policy.
HCA Hope Fund
The HCA Hope Fund is an employee-run, employee-supported 501(c)3 charity. The goal of the HCA Hope Fund is simple: to help HCA employees and their immediate families who are affected by hardship. This includes disasters, extended illness/injury and other special situations. The fund provides emergency information, referrals and/or financial aid. HCA employees, vendors, affiliated physicians and the general public can make tax-deductible donations to the fund.
Wi-Fi Calling
Rose Medical Center generally has very good cell coverage around most of the campus. However, there are a few areas that tend to have a weaker signal from some carriers. iPhones and Android phones have the option for Wi-Fi calling, which uses the Wi-Fi network over the cellular network to make and receive phone calls. We encourage our staff to follow these instructions to enable Wi-Fi calling, if desired.
