Boot camp for new dads
In our Boot Camp for New Dads, first time dads will have access to a panel of experienced dads. They will discuss how it felt to become a father and which issues they found to be the most important.
Breastfeeding preparation
Breastfeeding Preparation is a three-hour class covering what you need to know about breastfeeding, from nursing techniques to which breast pumps work best.
We also offer an Understanding Breastfeeding eClass. In this online class, you will learn all about breastfeeding and get to hear real experiences from breastfeeding moms—all from the comfort of your own home.
Childbirth preparation
The Childbirth Preparation Series consists of four classes, which take place over a period of four weeks. In this series, we will discuss comfort techniques, medical procedures and the stages of labor and delivery.
Understanding infant and child safety
Our Understanding Infant and Child Safety eClass is an online class to help you learn how to keep your child safe beginning the day they are born. The class covers topics such as how to prevent accidents and how to be prepared for an emergency.
