EAG and Night Shift Advisory Group
We want you to feel like you can always speak up. One way we do that is through our Employee Advisory and Night Shift Advisory groups, which provide you with an open forum to voice concerns or issues that affect you in the workplace, as well as advising management of any ideas and suggestions you may have for improvement.
The objectives of the EAG are to:
- Further develop mutual respect and trust throughout the organization
- Increase employee participation and involvement in addressing workplace issues
- Increase managerial awareness and sensitivity to employee concerns
- Meet regularly with members of management to discuss important employee issues
- Share your work with other employees
The Night Shift Advisory Group serves as a subgroup of the EAG, and it strives to address the needs of night shift employees, while enhancing communication amongst night shift staff.
