Patient services and resources

We know that going to the doctor or hospital can be stressful. Our goal is to make you as comfortable with our facilities and services as possible so that you can focus on getting back to health.

Internet access and free Wi-Fi

We offer free, high-speed wireless internet access throughout our hospital and affiliated physician office buildings, to help patients keep up with their emails and browse online. Family members can work remotely while spending more time with their loved ones, as well.

Parking options

North Suburban’s campus has FREE parking.

Patient representatives

Patient representatives are available to help with any problem that you or your family may have during your hospital stay. Simply ask your nurse or the hospital manager to have a patient representative call you. Or, you can contact the patient representative department directly by calling (303) 450-4457, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Social workers and case managers

At North Suburban Medical Center, case managers are an important part of your care team. Case managers provide:

  • Emotional support to individuals and families
  • Case coordination, consultation and discharge planning
  • Crisis intervention
  • Help with adjustment to illness, hospitalization and outpatient care
  • Child advocacy and protection
  • Referrals for financial problems related to the medical situation
  • Information on hospital and community resources

Spiritual care

We care about your physical health as well as your spiritual well-being. The hospital chaplain can help patients or family members deal with fears or concerns about hospitalization, as well as provide emotional and spiritual support. If you would like to have prayer support from our chaplain, prayer partners and spiritual care volunteers, please call our Prayer Request Line at (303) 450-7700. If you would like to visit our chapel, it is located on the 4th floor. Family and friends are welcome.

Translation services

North Suburban offers telephonic interpretation services and a language line for patients who do not speak English. Please ask your nurse if you prefer speaking a language other than English.
