Our pediatric gynecological care

We aim to be a trusted medical partner for your child. We understand that this relationship begins early with their initial gynecology visit, and we aim to promote good health and screening for any potential issues.

Pediatric gynecology services we offer

The overall purpose of ongoing gynecology visits is to offer a way for you, your child and their gynecologist to openly discuss what is happening with your child's body and how to properly take care of it.

Many conditions that affect gynecological, reproductive and sexual health can be detected early. In most cases, this provides a more positive prognosis and successful treatment.

Our compassionate, sensitive team of gynecologists can also provide additional services to adolescents who are sexually active. We provide pelvic examinations, infection and sexually transmitted disease testing and counseling services to teach your child about reproductive health.

Additional services we offer include:

  • Bacterial vaginosis and yeast infection treatment
  • Breast imaging and screening
  • Management and education about menstrual cycles, abnormalities and disorders
  • Pap smears
  • Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) treatment
  • Preventive reproductive counseling
  • Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) prevention and treatment
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs) and incontinence treatment

HPV vaccinations

We also offer vaccinations to protect against human papillomavirus (HPV), a sexually transmitted infection, which can lead to health complications. We are proud to offer this vaccination to protect both girls and boys who may become exposed to the infection.
